Building a dental practice means balancing two critical needs: welcoming patients and meeting the technical demands of a clinical setting. The Lilac Dental project met this challenge with a full gut renovation and clear priorities: an open but efficient layout, privacy without sacrificing natural light, and seamless integration of equipment and cabinetry that was supported by clean mechanical and structural execution. The space was purpose-built to serve those who use it most.

Like many renovation projects, the Lilac Dental build came with a few surprises. During early construction, our team uncovered water damage to the base building structure—an issue that could have delayed progress and compromised the integrity of the space.
Instead, we quickly adjusted course, working to correct the damage and reinforce the structure. Once the shell was restored and stabilized, we continued with finishing work, ensuring the aesthetic vision could take shape on a solid, dependable foundation.
