Expanding and renovating the existing dental office, without shutting down the practice, was the goal when Abagail Yardley, DMD, bought the established Scituate Family Dental. Wellen worked with Dr. Yardley for months in advance of construction, helping to coordinate the design and planning. In that time, Dr. Yardley finalized the purchase of the adjacent office in the building. Construction began in the adjacent office, reconfiguring the space and building out a modern dental facility. When that area was completed, Dr. Yardley and her team moved into that new space, and we began to renovate their original space. Then, both spaces were integrated into a single unit, 2,100 square feet in size, with seven treatment rooms and associated support areas. The project included a new laboratory and staff lounge. The practice never missed a day.
