Tufts Dental graduate Chad Anderson, DMD, who operates several practices in California, decided to form a specialty practice in downtown Boston, where he could collaborate with many of his dental school colleagues, and other specialists. He selected a premier location, across from Copley Place in the city’s Back Bay. Dr. Anderson’s real estate consultant referred him to Wellen and we were engaged to transform a yoga studio on the first floor of a luxury residential building into a state-of-the-art dental center. The project required careful work-rules, so as not to disturb the residents who lived above. Coordinating efforts with the architect, we built out an 1,800 square-foot space with seven treatment rooms and associated support spaces. The project was completed in four months.
