After working as a staff dentist at another practice for several years, Adam Lankford, DDS, decided the time was right to start his own practice. Dr. Lankford was referred to Wellen Commercial by his bank and practice consultants who were familiar with our work in the dental field. The selected location was a new mixed-use plaza in Windham, New Hampshire. Working in close collaboration with Dr. Lankford, an interior designer, and the practice equipment supplier, we built out a 2,000 square-foot area with five treatment rooms and support space. Among the customized features, Dr. Lankford included a high-end sound system to deliver music to all areas of the practice. The project took approximately three months, allowing Dr. Lankford to launch his new practice in the summer of 2018.
