Protego Dental’s new Burlington, Massachusetts office was constructed within a newly developed building and envisioned as a modern, highly customized dental practice that elevated both patient experience and design.

In partnership with Joe Architect Studio and Dr. Serena Patel, the project incorporated a series of striking arched architectural features that create a natural progression from reception through the clinical spaces. The successful delivery of these custom elements was made possible through ongoing collaboration between the design team, specialty trades, and project stakeholders, resulting in a space that reflects the client’s vision and attention to detail.

The reception area serves as a centerpiece of the practice, featuring carefully selected stone slabs framed with custom wood detailing, complemented by an arched glass-and-wood transom, gradient privacy film, and decorative lighting. Together, these elements create a refined and welcoming first impression for patients and visitors.

Protego Dental demonstrates the value of collaboration, attention to detail, and craftsmanship in delivering a healthcare environment that is both highly functional and architecturally distinctive.
