With a history of making patients smile since 1965, the future of Burlington Orthodontics will unfold in a contemporary new facility led by Daniela Toro, DMD, and a Board Certified Orthodontist. The practice was founded by Dr. Arthur Fertman, whom Dr. Toro first met when she was a student in his orthodontics program at Boston University. After she graduated, Dr. Fertman asked Dr. Toro to join his practice, launching an enduring partnership. Over time the practice grew, and when Dr. Fertman contemplated retirement, leadership transitioned to Dr. Toro, who decided to expand into a new space on Cambridge Street in Burlington.

Wellen was referred to Dr. Toro through a real estate colleague, and our team led the design-build project for the new, 1,900 square-foot space. Because it was a brand-new building, Dr. Toro had the chance to customize the clinic and craft a design that met her vision. The open-concept clinic has seven procedure chairs, a private consultation room, laboratory, and sterilization areas. The facility has a kitchen area for staff, provider offices, and restrooms for staff and patients. The four-month project was completed in December of 2021.
